🛒 Ordering & Payment

Q: Can I place an order without creating an account?
A: Yes, guest checkout is available. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and manage your purchase history.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept FPX (Online Banking), credit/debit cards, eWallets, and selected Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) options, subject to availability.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after payment?
A: Orders can only be cancelled or modified before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible to check if your order is still eligible for changes.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you deliver outside of Malaysia?
A: No. We currently only deliver to addresses within Peninsular Malaysia. Delivery to East Malaysia is not available.

Q: Who delivers my order?
A: For orders within Penang and Sungai Petani, delivery is handled by our in-house team. For other areas in Peninsular Malaysia, delivery will be arranged via trusted courier or transport partners.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A:

  • Penang & Sungai Petani: 3–5 working days (subject to stock availability)

  • Other Peninsular Malaysia locations: 5–10 working days (subject to stock availability)


🔁 Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return a product I bought online?
A: Returns are accepted only for wrong, damaged, or defective items — reported within 3 days of receiving the order. Refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days via your original payment method.

Q: Can I return or exchange products bought in-store or via other platforms (e.g. Shopee)?
A: No. Our website’s return policy only applies to orders placed via bhb.com.my.


🧾 Warranty & Support

Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Yes. Most products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Please retain your invoice and register the warranty online (if required by the brand).

Q: How do I claim a warranty?
A: You may contact the brand’s service center directly or reach out to us for guidance. Our team will assist where possible.
