We deliver to addresses within Peninsular Malaysia only.
We do not deliver to East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan).

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Re-delivery charges may apply for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

6. Order Cancellation & Refunds

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
For change-of-mind cancellations after dispatch, return costs and restocking fees may apply.
For defective or incorrect items, please contact our support team within 3 days of receiving the item.
Refunds will be processed within 30 working days upon approval.
