We collect personal data that you provide directly to us as well as data automatically collected when you interact with our website or services. The types of personal data we may collect include, but are not limited to:
Identification and Contact Details: Name, title, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and other contact information. For example, when you create an account, make a purchase, or contact us, we collect your name, address, phone, and email to process orders and communicate with you.
Account Information: If you register an account on our site, we may collect login credentials (such as username and encrypted password) and profile details. This helps manage your user account and order history.
Order and Transaction Information: Records of the products you purchase from us, such as product details, quantity, purchase date, payment method (note: we do not store full credit card numbers), and any relevant transaction IDs. This includes any returns, exchanges, or warranty claims associated with your orders.
Loyalty and Membership Data: If you join our loyalty program or subscribe to newsletters, we may collect information like your membership ID, points or rewards earned, and preferences (e.g. product wishlists or interests). We might also collect your date of birth (for birthday rewards or age verification) and preferred communication methods with your consent.
Customer Service Interactions: If you contact us for support or inquiries, we will collect the information you choose to provide in that communication. This may include the content of emails or contact form submissions, and voice recordings of calls to our customer service (we may record calls for quality assurance and training purposes). These details help us assist you and improve our customer service.
Third-Party or Referral Data: If you provide us personal data of others (for example, the name and address of a gift recipient or an alternate contact for delivery), please ensure you have their consent. By submitting such third-party data, you confirm that the individual has agreed to you sharing their data with us. We may also receive your personal data from third-party sources that you interact with or consent to (for example, social media platforms, our marketing partners, or referral programs). In such cases, we will process that data according to this Policy.
Sensitive Personal Data: Generally, we do not seek to collect sensitive personal data (such as health information or government identifiers) through our e-commerce platform. The only exception might be if required by law or if you voluntarily provide it for a specific purpose (for instance, for certain promotions or payment processes). We will obtain your explicit consent if we ever need to collect sensitive data.
When you visit our website or use our online services, certain data is collected automatically about your device and usage through cookies and similar tracking technologies. This automatically collected data may include:
Device and Browser Information: Your IP address, browser type and version, device type (e.g. mobile or desktop, operating system), and device identifiers. We use these details to ensure the website functions correctly for your device and to troubleshoot technical issues.
Usage Data: Information about how you navigate and use our site, such as the pages or products you view, the features you click, time spent on pages, search queries, and referring webpage or URL. This helps us understand user interests and improve our website design and content.
Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies (small text files stored on your device) and similar tracking tools (like web beacons or pixels) to collect and analyze information. Cookies help remember your preferences (e.g. language or cart items) and recognize you on repeat visits. They also enable features like keeping you logged in and providing a smoother shopping experience. Some cookies are essential for site functionality (e.g. to maintain your shopping cart), while others are for analytics and advertising. For instance, we use Google Analytics and similar services, which set cookies to gather usage statistics such as page views and conversion rates. These tools provide us aggregated insights on how users interact with our site, so we can improve our services and marketing. We may also use cookies from advertising platforms (like Google Ads or social media sites) to measure the effectiveness of our ads and to deliver personalized ads on third-party platforms, but only if you have consented to such cookies.
Network & Log Data: Our servers automatically log certain information when you use our site. This includes your IP address and timestamps of your visits, as well as error logs if a page fails to load. We use this data for security monitoring (for example, detecting malicious activity) and to ensure a stable, secure service.
Cookies Consent & Control: In line with PDPA requirements, we will obtain your consent before using any non-essential cookies or trackers that process personal data. When you first visit our site, you will see a cookies notice or banner. By accepting, you agree to our use of cookies as described in this Policy. You have the option to adjust your cookie preferences at any time. Most web browsers also allow you to block or delete cookies through settings. However, do note that if you disable certain cookies, some features of our site (like adding items to cart or maintaining your login) may not function properly. We also honor any Do Not Track settings in your browser as feasible. For more details or assistance with cookie settings, you can contact us (see “Contact Us” section below).
We use your personal data for clear and lawful purposes, in accordance with the PDPA principles. The main purposes for which BHB processes personal data include:
To Process Orders and Transactions: We require your information to fulfill purchases you make on our site. This includes processing payments, verifying your identity for fraud prevention, arranging shipping via our logistics partners, sending you order confirmations and invoices, and notifying you about delivery status or any issues. For example, we use your name and address to ship your products, and your email/phone to send order updates or contact you about your order.
To Provide Customer Service: Your contact details and order history allow us to assist you when you have questions, support requests, or complaints. We may use your information to verify your identity when you reach out, troubleshoot problems, and respond to your inquiries promptly. Call recordings (if any) are used solely for training our staff and improving service quality.
Account Management: If you create an account on our website, we use your data to administer and maintain your account. This includes enabling you to log in, managing your wishlist or saved items, showing your purchase history, and allowing you to update your preferences. It also helps us secure your account and communicate important account-related notices (like password resets or policy updates).
Marketing and Newsletters: With your consent, we use your contact information (such as email or mobile number) to send you promotional materials, such as newsletters, special offers, product launch announcements, and loyalty rewards updates. These communications are aimed at keeping you informed about our latest deals and improving your shopping experience. We may tailor the content based on your past purchases or preferences. You have the choice to opt out of marketing at any time (see the “Your Rights” section below for how to withdraw consent to marketing). We will not bombard you with communications – typically, we send periodic updates which you can unsubscribe from with one click.
Loyalty Program and Promotions: If you join our loyalty or rewards program, we will use your data to administer the program, such as tracking your points, notifying you of rewards or member-exclusive promotions, and allowing you to redeem benefits. Similarly, if you enter any contests, surveys, or promotional events we host, we will use the provided data to conduct the event (for example, to contact winners of a contest or gather feedback from a survey).
Personalization and Analytics: We want to provide content and product offerings that interest you. We may analyze your browsing and purchase history to personalize your experience – for instance, by recommending relevant products on our site or customizing what you see in marketing emails. We also conduct data analytics in aggregate form (not identifying you personally) to understand customer behavior and preferences. This helps us improve our product selection, website interface, and overall service quality. For example, analyzing which product categories are most viewed can guide our merchandising decisions.
Improvement of Services: Your feedback and usage patterns help us identify issues and opportunities for improvement. We may use data (like error logs or survey responses) to debug website problems, develop new features, or enhance our customer interface. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Security and Fraud Prevention: We may process personal data to protect our platform and customers. This includes using certain data to verify accounts, monitor for fraudulent transactions, detect and prevent security threats or abuse of our services. If you engage in potentially illegal activities (such as payment fraud), we may use and disclose data as needed to investigate and take action (including cooperating with law enforcement).
Legal Compliance: In some cases, we need to process and retain personal data to comply with legal obligations. For instance, we keep transaction records to fulfill tax and financial reporting laws. If we receive a lawful request by authorities or a court order, we may process or disclose data as required by law. We will also use your data to uphold your rights and our contractual obligations (e.g., handling product recalls or warranty claims).
Other Purposes with Consent: If we intend to use your personal data for any additional purpose not listed above, we will inform you and obtain your consent for that specific use, whenever required by law. We will not use your data in a way that is incompatible with the original purposes without your permission.
We ensure that we only process personal data for purposes which you have been informed about and agreed to, or which are allowed by law. BHB does not engage in any form of intrusive profiling or automated decision-making that has legal or significant effects on you without human involvement; any personalized services we provide are meant to enhance your experience and are underpinned by your consent.
BHB values the confidentiality of your personal data. We do not sell your personal data to any third parties under any circumstances. However, we do share certain personal data with trusted third parties on a limited basis, where it is necessary to carry out the purposes described above or where you have explicitly consented. Any third party that receives personal data is required to use it solely for the purposes we specify and to protect it in compliance with the PDPA and appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
Categories of third parties with whom we may share your data include:
Logistics and Delivery Partners: We share your relevant contact details and address with courier companies or postal services to deliver your orders to you. For example, if you purchase a refrigerator, our appointed delivery service will receive your name, phone number, and delivery address to schedule and complete the delivery.
Payment Processors and Financial Institutions: We use secure third-party payment gateways to process your payments (such as credit card transactions or online banking). These payment providers (e.g., iPay88, PayPal, or others we use) will receive transaction-related information to verify and execute payments. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems; that information is handled by the authorized payment provider. We may also share necessary data with banks or credit card issuers in the case of payment disputes or chargebacks.
Technology and IT Service Providers: This includes our website hosting provider, cloud storage services, customer relationship management (CRM) software, email/SMS service platforms, and IT support vendors. These providers help us operate and maintain our Shopify website and related systems. For instance, Shopify Inc. (our e-commerce platform provider) may host your account data on their servers, and email service providers help us send order confirmations or newsletters. They process data on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect it.
Analytics and Marketing Tools: We utilize third-party analytics tools (like Google Analytics) to understand site traffic, and marketing platforms (like Facebook Ads or Google Ads) to reach customers. These providers may receive limited data (e.g., an anonymized customer ID or cookie identifier) to perform analytics or ad targeting for us. For example, Google Analytics will process usage data and report website trends to us, and advertising partners might use browsing data to show you relevant BHB ads on other sites. Such partners are not allowed to use your data for their own unrelated purposes.
Business Partners and Affiliates: If we run joint promotions or co-branded events with another company, we might share participant data with that specific partner with your consent. For example, if you sign up for a contest co-sponsored by BHB and an electronics brand, we will inform you and give you the choice to share your info with that brand for prize fulfillment or marketing.
Service Providers for Operations: In addition to the above, we may share information with other service providers who assist in our day-to-day operations. This can include accountants or auditors (for financial reporting), legal advisors (if reviewing a contract or handling a legal claim), fraud detection services, or consultants who help us improve our business. Each such party will only get data relevant to their function and must keep it confidential.
Law Enforcement and Authorities: If required by law, or to protect rights and safety, we may disclose personal data to government agencies, regulators, courts, or law enforcement. For example, if we are compelled by a legal order during an investigation, or to report fraudulent activity, we will provide the necessary data as mandated. We will ensure any request is legitimate and limited to what is required by law.
Corporate Transactions: In the unlikely event of a reorganization of our business (such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale), personal data may be disclosed to prospective or actual purchasers, or their advisors, as part of due diligence. If such a transfer occurs, we will ensure your data remains protected and that any successor entity continues to uphold the commitments of this Privacy Policy.
Other than the parties listed above, your data will not be disclosed to any other external parties without your consent. We do not share or exchange your personal information with third-party marketers or unrelated companies for their own purposes. All third parties we engage are bound by contracts that include data protection obligations, ensuring your data is handled with care and security.
As noted, we use cookies and similar technologies on our website. This section provides a detailed Cookie Policy explaining the types of cookies we use and your choices regarding them:
Essential Cookies: These cookies are necessary for our website to function properly. They include, for example, session cookies that keep you logged in as you browse, or remember what items are in your shopping cart. Without these, basic e-commerce features would not work. Because they are necessary for providing you the service, these cookies are always active; however, they do not gather information for marketing.
Functional Cookies: These cookies allow us to remember your preferences and improve your experience. For instance, a functional cookie may remember your preferred store location or language, so you don’t have to select it each time. They may also enable certain non-essential but helpful features, like live chat support or personalized content. While not strictly necessary, they enhance convenience.
Analytics Cookies: We set analytics cookies (directly or through providers like Google Analytics) to collect information about how visitors use our site. The data collected (such as pages visited, time on site, and conversion events) is aggregated and anonymous. Analytics cookies help us understand website traffic and user behavior. We use this insight to improve site performance, design, and marketing strategies. For example, analytics might tell us that a product page is often visited but rarely leads to purchase, prompting us to optimize that page.
Advertising Cookies: Advertising or targeting cookies may be used to track your browsing activity and show you relevant ads on third-party websites. For example, if you browsed air conditioners on our site, you might later see an ad for BHB’s air conditioner deals on Facebook. These cookies typically come from external ad networks (like Google or Facebook) and work by uniquely identifying your browser and device. We only use such cookies if you have allowed them, and the information from them may be combined with other data (like your demographic or interests) by those platforms to tailor advertisements. Please note that disabling these cookies won’t reduce the number of ads you see online, but it will make the ads less relevant to you.
Other Tracking Technologies: We may also use pixels or web beacons in our emails or on our site. These are tiny, invisible images or code snippets that track actions (such as whether an email was opened or a link was clicked). This helps us gauge the effectiveness of our communications and marketing campaigns. For example, a pixel in our newsletter can inform us if many people found it engaging or not (without revealing who specifically opened it).
Cookie Consent and Opt-Out: When you first visit our site, we ask for your consent to place non-essential cookies on your device (e.g., via a banner). Under Malaysia’s PDPA, your explicit consent is required before we activate cookies that process personal data. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through our site’s cookie settings or your browser settings. If you prefer not to receive any cookies, you can set your browser to reject cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Additionally, you can typically opt out of certain third-party cookies by visiting their sites (for example, Google provides a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics tracking, and AdChoices offers tools to opt out of targeted ads from participating networks).
Please be aware that if you disable cookies, especially essential or functional ones, some parts of our website may become inaccessible or not perform as expected. We will, however, always respect your choice and ensure that the site remains usable to the greatest extent possible without those cookies.
Under the Personal Data Protection Act, you have certain rights regarding your personal data that we respect and uphold. These include the following rights:
Right to Access: You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you. This means you can ask us to confirm whether we are processing your personal information and request a copy of that information. For example, you can ask what data we have on file for your account or purchase history. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling access requests. We will endeavor to provide the data in a reasonable time frame as required by law, and in a format that is clear. (Note: In limited situations allowed by law, we may refuse excessive or unfounded requests, or charge a minimal administrative fee for providing access, but we will inform you of the grounds for any refusal.)
Right to Correct/Rectify: We want to ensure your data is accurate and up-to-date. You have the right to request correction of your personal data if there are errors or it is incomplete. If you find that your information (such as your address or contact number) is incorrect in our records, you can ask us to update it. We encourage you to keep your account information current, and you may directly make changes by logging into your account profile. For changes that you cannot make yourself, contact us and we will assist in rectifying the data.
Right to Withdraw Consent: Where we process your personal data based on your consent (such as for marketing emails or certain types of data processing), you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. For instance, if you previously consented to receive our newsletter, you can opt out later. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing done prior to withdrawal, but it may mean we cannot provide certain services (e.g., if you withdraw consent for us to use your email, we cannot send you order updates via email). We will inform you if any service is impacted. Direct marketing: If you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from us, you can follow the “unsubscribe” instructions in the message or contact us to be removed from our marketing lists. We will promptly honor such requests.
Right to Erasure (Deletion): While PDPA does not explicitly label a “right to erasure” as in some other jurisdictions, you generally have the right to request that we delete your personal data in certain circumstances. For example, if the data is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected, or if you withdraw consent and we have no other legal basis to retain the data, you may request its deletion. We will review such requests and, if allowed by law and feasible, we will delete or anonymize your information. Do note that we may need to retain some data if required for legal compliance (for instance, records of transactions for audit/tax purposes must be kept for a minimum period). In any case, if full deletion isn’t possible (e.g., data stored in backups), we will isolate your data from further use.
Right to Prevent Processing that May Cause Harm or Distress: You have the right to restrict or object to certain processing of your data, especially if it is likely to cause you unjustified harm or distress. For instance, if you believe our use of your data is causing you harm or is not in accordance with the PDPA, you may request us to stop or limit that processing. We will consider such requests and abide by PDPA’s provisions in assessing them.
Right to Prevent Processing for Direct Marketing: As noted, you can specifically request at any time that we do not process your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing. This is an absolute right – if you opt out, we will cease using your data for marketing. (This is similar to withdrawing consent for marketing, but we highlight it as a separate right to emphasize that we fully comply with any “do not market” request under PDPA.)
Right to Data Portability: (Applicable if we implement structured formats) – PDPA currently does not mandate a broad data portability right as GDPR does, but if you need your data in a portable format, we will assist if possible (for example, providing a copy of your transactions in a CSV file upon request).
Right to Complain: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Department of Personal Data Protection (PDP) or other relevant authorities if you believe we have breached the PDPA in handling your data. We kindly ask that you contact us first so we can address your concerns directly. However, this right ensures you can seek official resolution if needed.
To exercise any of your rights, please contact us using the details in the “Contact Us” section below. We will need to verify your identity (to make sure we don’t disclose data to the wrong person) and may ask for necessary information to process your request. We will respond to valid requests within the timeframe prescribed by PDPA or, if no specific timeframe, within a reasonable time. Kindly note that some rights (like deletion or objection) are subject to certain conditions under the law – if any exception applies, we will inform you about it. Rest assured, we will not retaliate or deny you services for exercising your data rights; your rights and trust are paramount to us.
We take appropriate security measures – organizational, technical, and physical – to safeguard your personal data against loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, and destruction. BHB has implemented the following measures to ensure your data is secure:
Organizational Measures: We limit access to personal data strictly to our employees and authorized service providers who need it to perform their duties. Our staff are trained on the importance of confidentiality and privacy. We have internal policies and procedures (a Data Protection Policy) that guide our handling of personal data. We have appointed a Data Protection Officer to oversee PDPA compliance and to attend to data protection matters.
Technical Measures: Our website and databases employ modern security technologies. For example, our e-commerce site is secured with SSL/TLS encryption, which means that when you provide personal or payment information, it’s encrypted during transmission. We store data on secure servers that are protected by firewalls and monitoring systems. Passwords are stored using hashing and/or encryption. We regularly update our software and conduct security assessments to address vulnerabilities. Where appropriate, we pseudonymize or anonymize data, especially when used for analytics, so it cannot be easily linked back to individual identities.
Payment Security: All online payments are processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways to ensure your credit card details are handled with industry-standard security. We do not keep your sensitive payment information on our servers after the transaction is completed.
Physical Measures: Personal data in physical form (if any) is kept in locked cabinets or secure areas with controlled access. Our offices and IT facilities have access controls, and we implement security practices to prevent unauthorized access to premises where data is stored (e.g., CCTV at server rooms, visitor logs).
Audits and Monitoring: We monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks, and we carry out periodic security reviews. If we engage third-party data processors, we ensure they too have robust security practices and often sign data protection agreements with them.
Data Breach Response: In the unlikely event of a data breach (unauthorized access to or disclosure of personal data), we have a response plan in place. This includes containing the breach, assessing its impact, notifying affected individuals and authorities as required, and taking steps to prevent future incidents.
While we strive to protect your data with high standards, it’s important to note that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Thus, we cannot guarantee absolute security. However, we continuously update and enforce our security measures to mitigate risks. You also play a role in keeping your data safe: please use strong, unique passwords for your account, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes it was collected for, or to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. This means:
Operational Retention: Personal data related to your orders, transactions, and interactions is kept while you have an active relationship with us (for example, as a registered customer) and for a period after that in case you return or have inquiries. For instance, we keep your order history so you can access it in your account, and so we can provide after-sales support or handle returns.
Legal and Regulatory Retention: We may need to keep certain data for a defined retention period as required by Malaysian law or regulations. For example, sales transaction records and invoices may be retained for 7 years (or another period mandated by tax law) for audit purposes. Similarly, records of consent, opt-outs, and communications might be stored to demonstrate compliance with PDPA and consumer protection laws.
Retention for Disputes: If you have an unresolved claim or dispute with us, we will retain the necessary data until the issue is resolved, to protect both your interests and ours.
Deletion or Anonymization: Once the retention period expires or the data is no longer needed, we will either delete your personal data or anonymize it so that it can no longer be associated with you. For example, if you close your account with us, we will remove or anonymize personal details that are not required to be kept. Anonymized aggregate data (which no longer identifies you) may be retained for analytics purposes without further notice.
Customer Account Data: If you wish to terminate your user account, you may contact us to request deletion. Upon such request (or after prolonged inactivity of an account), we will take steps to remove personal information associated with your profile, except for data we are required to keep. Account deletion will result in loss of your purchase history and loyalty points, so we will reconfirm such requests.
Backup and Archives: Please understand that complete removal of data might not be immediate from all systems. Your data may remain in secure backups or archives for a short duration beyond active use, but we will continue to safeguard it and restrict any access or use until those backups are overwritten or deleted.
In summary, we do not keep personal data indefinitely. We only keep it as long as there is a legitimate need, after which it is safely disposed of or rendered anonymous. If you have questions about our specific data retention practices for any type of record, feel free to contact us.
As a Malaysian company, we primarily store and process personal data within Malaysia. However, some of our third-party service providers or partners might be located in other countries. For example, our Shopify e-commerce platform and certain cloud or email services might operate servers in the United States, Canada, or other jurisdictions. PDPA and Cross-Border Transfers: Malaysia’s PDPA places restrictions on transferring personal data outside of Malaysia unless certain conditions are met (such as the receiving country being approved or the individual’s consent being obtained).
If we need to transfer your personal data across national borders – for instance, to a technology provider’s data center or to an international courier partner – we will take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data. These steps may include:
Transferring only to countries that the Malaysian authorities have whitelisted as having sufficient data protection laws, or ensuring the recipient is bound by standard compliance frameworks or contractual obligations that provide a similar level of data protection as required by Malaysian law.
Obtaining your consent where required. By using our website or engaging in transactions with us, you are deemed to consent to such necessary cross-border transfers for the purposes outlined, to the extent such consent is needed.
Ensuring the data recipient (e.g., our service provider) is contractually obligated to protect your data in line with our Privacy Policy and PDPA requirements. We will have data processing agreements where appropriate, enforcing confidentiality and security.
If none of the above conditions can be satisfied for a particular transfer, we will refrain from transferring that data or will anonymize it prior to transfer.
We will not transfer your personal data to another country unless it is permitted by law and we are satisfied that your information will receive an adequate level of protection in the recipient location. Our goal is to have your personal data remain as secure abroad as it is at home. If you have questions about cross-border data usage (for example, if you want to know if a specific service we use might host data overseas), please contact us.
Our website and services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children or minors. If you are under 18, please obtain consent from your parent or legal guardian before providing any personal information to us. We do not knowingly allow minors to make purchases or create accounts without appropriate consent.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from someone under 18 without proper consent, we will take steps to delete the data as soon as possible. Parents or guardians should contact us if they believe we have collected information from a child by mistake. We will then promptly remove the child’s information from our records.
Parents are encouraged to supervise their children’s online activities and educate them about safe and responsible handling of personal data on the internet.
We want to reassure you that we do not sell your personal data to any third parties. Selling personal data means exchanging it for monetary gain or other valuable consideration to data brokers or marketers. BHB does not engage in such practices. Your trust is important to us, and we see your data as part of our service relationship with you, not as a commodity.
Any sharing of your data with third parties is strictly limited to what is described in this Privacy Policy (see “Disclosure of Personal Data” above) and is done solely for business purposes that benefit you (such as fulfilling your orders or improving our services), or as required by law. These third parties are bound to protect your data and use it only as instructed, not for their independent use. If in the future we consider a scenario that involves new forms of data sharing, we will seek your consent and update this Policy accordingly.
We may update or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we do so, we will post the revised Policy on our website with a new “Last updated” date at the top. If there are significant changes that affect your rights or how we use your data, we will take additional steps to notify you – for example, by email (if you have provided one) or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information. Your continued use of our website or services after any modifications to this Policy will constitute your acknowledgment of the changes and your agreement to abide by the updated Policy. Rest assured, we will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your consent.
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or your personal data, we are here to help. Please contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) or Privacy Compliance team at:

We will respond as soon as reasonably possible, typically within 21 days or the timeframe required by PDPA.
By communicating with us, you consent to our processing of the personal data that you provide (such as your contact details) so we can respond to you. We might need to verify your identity for security purposes before fulfilling certain requests, especially those involving access to or deletion of data.
